Goals
From last week:
1) Take the stairs at work every day
2) Pack my lunch every day
3) Do Jillian’s “30 Day Shred” at least 3 times (that bitch kicks my ass!)
4) Lose 2 lbs
I’m proud of myself for accomplishing one goal last week! I also brought my lunch everyday last week, but was asked to go out to lunch twice, so I’m not sure that counts. I only did the Jillian video once. :( But, I walked almost every day. I have not yet weighed myself, because it’s that time of the month, and I know the scale will not be accurate.
Goals this week:
1) Walk Newman (and myself!) everyday (hopefully the weather cooperates)
2) Attend a yoga class
3) Lose 2 lbs
4) Track calories (this is so difficult for me!)
