Update
Goals this week:
1) Walk Newman (and myself!) everyday (hopefully the weather cooperates)
2) Attend a yoga class Attended a yoga-nidra class today, where we did normal yoga poses, then went into the nidra part. Namaste.
3) Lose 2 lbs Down 5 lbs!
4) Track calories (this is so difficult for me!)
I did not walk Newman every day because it was pretty cold. And I always fail at tracking calories.
